Community agreement for Position Act Connect 2025

To ensure you have a positive experience, we have outlined important information and housekeeping rules to clarify expectations for all participants. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment where all community members feel comfortable and respected. By registering for the event, you agree to the terms and conditions specified in this Community Agreement.

Important dates and cancellation information

Deadline for event registration: May 1 2025. Ensure your spot by registering before this deadline. Late registrations will not be accepted.

Deadline for cancellation: May 9, 2025. We want to ensure the correct amount for less wastage.

Deadline for registering allergies: May 1, 2025. Please include any allergy details in the sign-up form. If this was not completed during registration, email Sandro Pardo, Position Green, at sandro.pardo@positiongreen.com with your details.

Additional information and guidelines

Event location and accessibility: Position Act Connect 2025 will be held in FUSE Workspace located in City Centre. The venue is accessible for individuals with mobility needs. Please inform us of any specific requirements in advance.

Sustainability efforts you can support: Attendees are encouraged to bring reusable water bottles, recycle waste responsibly, and use public transport to reduce the environmental impact of the event.
